The Guarantee
We guarantee the pedagogical framework, not your personal progress. Accent acquisition requires daily mechanical drilling. If you do not practice the assigned drills between sessions, you will not improve, regardless of the coach's hourly rate.
However, if your coach fails to provide a concrete phonetic diagnosis within the first two sessions, we will refund those sessions entirely. We demand clinical rigour.
